Khris Wilson

Client Care Specialist

Early Years:

Khris was born in sunny Manila, Philippines and moved to Baltimore with her family in the early 90s. She attended The Catholic High School of Baltimore and earned her Business degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.

What we know about Khris:

Always in the middle

Growing up as an oft-ignored middle child of four, Khris immersed herself in independent activities such as playing video games, drawing, and reading. As a teenager, she took her first summer job folding and packaging curtains at a textile manufacturer.

She's had pretty cool jobs as an adult, too-her first at a staffing firm founded by a certain billionaire owner of a two-time Super Bowl winning NFL team. No big deal or anything. She then became an associate financial rep at Northwestern Mutual, where she continued her loner-esque streak as a rep in the individual insurance field. In 2012, EBS forced her out of her shell by transitioning her to group insurance.

In the office, fellow colleagues often ask what she is having for lunch. She is a true foodie and is known to eat Chipotle burritos bigger than her face.

Ryan Sullivan

Managing Partner

Early Years

Ryan gives new meaning to the title Water Boy. He grew up on Cape Cod where he graduated from Falmouth High School and later, the University of Massachusetts. As a coastal townie, Ryan spent much of his life on the water, boating, fishing, and simply enjoying the peacefulness of the open water. Today, you'll find him chasing around four rambunctious boys - typically on the boat - and still trying to convince his beautiful wife she picked a winner.

What We Know about Ryan:

Charting new courses comes with the territory.

Ryan began his insurance career at as a sales representative for Unum, where he learned the importance of employer sponsored benefits and the impact they have on recruiting and retaining quality employees. The experience formed in him a deep understanding of how underwriters view risk-and how to negotiate a favorable outcome for the client. In 2004, Ryan took this experience to the retail side of the business and started calling on clients directly. Since then, he has consulted with hundreds of clients and built a foundation of success that he shares with his two business partners as they continue to grow presence of EBS in the marketplace.

Nicole Muffoletto

Early Years

Nicole was born and raised a purebred "Smalltimorian." She graduated from The John Carroll School and spent 18 years as a gymnast-10 of them at the national level. Don't believe us? You're just jealous. She placed third in the nation on Vault during the final year of her gymnastics career. Live with it.

What we know about Nikki:

You'd have to bend over backward not to notice her passion for helping others reach their goals.

With "Reach for the stars!" as her mantra, Nikki became a personal trainer after college. She then cartwheeled into customer service and inside sales for a well-known family company. In 2012, she began her career as mom to "Little Rock Star," Gracie Danielle.

A few years later, she fell into the insurance industry. "I'd never worked in insurance before and I was overwhelmed at first," she claims. "But I've been a member of the EBS family for a year now and I can't picture myself anywhere else." Nikki now helps EBS clients get the most out of their benefits-and surprisingly, finds us "narley!"
