We're not your average brokers. And that's a good thing.

Hope Gaddy

Client Manager

Early Years:

Go! Fight! Win!

Hope thrives on competition. Growing up in Howard County, Maryland, she swam on the swim team for nine years, and she was a competitive cheerleader from first grade through high school. She then attended the University of Louisville, where Hope and the Louisville squad won two National Championships and two World Championships! After 16 years of competitive cheerleading, Hope now shares her passion with the Towson University squad, as the Assistant Cheerleading Coach. Give us an H! Give us an O! Give us a P! Give us an E!

What we know about Hope:

It's written in the stars.

Hope graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Justice Administration. She planned to go to law school to pursue her dream job as a state's attorney for high profile crimes, but (lucky for us) life got in the way. Instead, Hope followed a different path which led her into the world of insurance. She can now be found around the office sharing chocolate covered strawberries or comparing astrological signs with colleagues. Hope tells us, "I'm a Virgo! And I'm obsessed with zodiac signs." It's a good thing we know Hope is astrologically compatible with us here at EBS!

Fun Facts

My side hustle: I run a side business, called "Dipped" by Hope, selling chocolate covered strawberries.

Bon voyage! I love to travel. I'm always thinking about where to go next! I would love to travel out of the country at least once a year, and my goal is to visit all 50 states by age 32. (I am over halfway there, with 6 years to go!)

Are you afraid of the dark? I love anything scary: scary movies, haunted houses, you name it. American Horror Story is a GREAT show, and my favorite holiday is Halloween.

A Stronger America: I was the little girl sitting and talking to Senator John Kerry in his 2004 presidential campaign commercial.

Caitlin Collins

Client Care Specialist

Early Years:

Family makes the best team.

Caitlin grew up in Westminster, Maryland. Always having to keep up with two older brothers, Caitlin became very good at contact sports and played lacrosse and field hockey throughout high school. Her two older brothers are now settled with families, and Caitlin is the proud aunt to two nephews, a niece, and one more on the way...

What we know about Caitlin:

She always throws a perfect pass.

After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Caitlin earned a bachelor's degree in Sport and Entertainment Management. She started her career in IT staffing and then worked at a marketing firm, before landing at EBS. As a huge sports fan, she loves college football and ice hockey. If Caitlin's watching TV, it will most likely be ESPN. Best of luck to anyone who wants to change the channel. They'll have to wrestle the remote from her - and Caitlin will probably win!

Fun Facts

To ski or not to ski? In eighth grade, I went skiing for the first time, and I ended up tearing my ACL after going off a jump.

Almost ambidextrous: I'm naturally left-handed, but I play sports right-handed.

Hustle for muscle: I love to workout in my free time, and my goal is to compete in a triathlon or marathon...but we'll see if that happens :)

Touchdown! My two favorite football teams are the Baltimore Ravens and the University of South Carolina Gamecocks!

Josh Cobo

Client Advisor

Early Years:

Chip and Putt

At Coastal Carolina University, Josh pledged the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and later graduated with a degree in Economics. He also worked at the Maryland Golf and Country Clubs for eight years and became an avid golfer. Now, if Josh is not traveling or volunteering his time, he is out on the course shooting for a hole in one!

Gone to the Beach

Josh spends practically all his vacation days adventuring in warm, sunny places. He has gone whale watching in Hawaii, swam in a Lagoonarium in Bora Bora, and went off-roading in Aruba. He even swam with sharks in the Bahamas! Yet, no matter where he travels, his favorite spot is still South Beach, Miami.

Dylan Burtis

Client Advisor

Early Years: The Good Dirt

It was all rough and tumble for this Long Island prankster. A self-proclaimed "Dennis the Menace," babysitters charged double the going rate for "Dylan the Devil." One of five children, he became quite the wrestler by the time he reached high school (four-year varsity), played lacrosse, and made the Adidas All-American lacrosse team. He also had "an accent so thick, I was asked every day if I was from Boston."

What we know about Dylan: He Cleans Up Well (?)

Dylan went to Towson University, was a President of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and graduated in "only" 5 years. After eight years serving as the Commercial Manager for the family's Stanley Steemer business, it seems that all of the kinks were gone. So off he went into the Insurance biz, where he slaves tirelessly to keep every client relationship fresh and spotless.

Spot-on decision maker. Dylan had never even seen Towson University before it became his higher learning institute of choice. And sure, he chose it because his sister told him the girl to boy ratio was 67/33. But is there honestly a better reason? Exactly.
