The Baby of the Family
Born and raised in Hyattsville, Maryland, Ana (aka Bird) was the youngest of three. She is best friends with her sister, though they are six years apart, and she and her brother are considered Irish Twins. Ana was a dedicated student and rowed crew in high school, but she also had a wild side? Ana pierced her nose over six times during school. Since piercings were against school rules, she had to take it out whenever she got caught. What a rebel!
What we know about Ana
The Perfect Work-Life Balance
Before starting her new career at EBS, Ana worked as a breastfeeding counselor at Women Infant Children (WIC), a non-profit, community-based healthcare agency and then took on a role at a cemetery (Parklawn Memorial Park). She now shares her time with our team at EBS and her 8-year-old daughter Ava Rose. Ava loves to play in the park and always keeps Ana on her toes.
My Feline Best-Friend: I have a cat named Squeeky, who is 23 years old and still going strong!
Confessions of a Shopaholic: I will let you in on a little secret - I often shop for clothes for my already-full closet, and you can frequently catch me buying home décor for my future home.
My Baby Bird: After 32 hours of labor, I named my baby girl, Ava. My family nickname has always been Bird, and Ava means bird in Latin. Ironically, the name is also a 3-letter palindrome, like mine!

Growing up in Timonium, Maryland, Don attended Calvert Hall College High School. He was a three-sport athlete, playing baseball, running track and captaining the rugby team. He went on to play rugby for four years at James Madison University while studying sports management. Don even returned home to Timonium for a year and coached a local team. He just can't get enough sports!
What we know about Don: Open to Adventure
Don's always up to something. If the weather's nice, we can always find him out on the golf course. On the weekends, he's usually at a concert - since he attends 20 to 25 shows a year. He typically spends the rest of his time traveling or exploring. Don enjoys touring vineyards and learning about new wines, but he also loves relaxing on a beach, boat or somewhere in the sun - whenever he's not working!
A leader in faith: I was a peer minister, and I led small groups and retreats for students.
All sports, all the time: I am a big Ravens, Orioles and Capitals fan - even Old Glory DC Rugby. I attend every Ravens home game.
Grab a beer! Mother's Federal Hill Grille is my go-to place in Baltimore. I spend a ton of time there watching the games!

Ryan gives new meaning to the title Water Boy. He grew up on Cape Cod where he graduated from Falmouth High School and later, the University of Massachusetts. As a coastal townie, Ryan spent much of his life on the water, boating, fishing, and simply enjoying the peacefulness of the open water. Today, you'll find him chasing around four rambunctious boys - typically on the boat - and still trying to convince his beautiful wife she picked a winner.
What We Know about Ryan:
Charting new courses comes with the territory.
Ryan began his insurance career at as a sales representative for Unum, where he learned the importance of employer sponsored benefits and the impact they have on recruiting and retaining quality employees. The experience formed in him a deep understanding of how underwriters view risk-and how to negotiate a favorable outcome for the client. In 2004, Ryan took this experience to the retail side of the business and started calling on clients directly. Since then, he has consulted with hundreds of clients and built a foundation of success that he shares with his two business partners as they continue to grow presence of EBS in the marketplace.
Sinking Feeling. In High School, an innocent boat ride to a remote island party turned into the sinking of the Sullivan family sailboat. Sorry Mom.
I've never "Paaahked my caaaah in Haaaahvid Yaaaahd." Even though I grew up in Boston.
I deflated Tom Brady's footballs. And I take full responsibility for it.

After being born in Germany, Jennifer came to the United States when she was two years old. By age five, she realized her passion for singing on stage when left to sing Joy to the World solo (Everyone else had stage fright). Between the ages of five and twelve, Jennifer began swimming competitively, and she competed at the AAU Junior Olympics. Yet, she eventually gave it up and opted to play basketball in high school.
What we know about Jennifer: Not a Tourist, but a Traveler
Jennifer loves to travel any chance she gets and always yearns for a change of scenery. She's lived in Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and South Carolina, and she's been traveling the globe since she was sixteen. Jennifer finds different cultures fascinating and is very passionate about the environment and animals. She's even held eagles, owls, and chimpanzees during her travels!
Grab the mic! I sang professionally and have an ensemble recording, but I secretly love performing karaoke.
Feed the birds... Every morning, you can find me on my porch feeding my bird and squirrel families.
Exploring the finest flavors: I started out my career in culinary school, but I moved away from it to spend more time with my son. Now, I'm a fish-eating pescatarian; I don't eat dairy; and I try to veganize every recipe I make!
