Early Years:
Team work: that what it's all about. Well, we've got your man. A Towson native, Brian graduated from Calvert Hall College, where he was an All-State baseball player. He played varsity basketball, too. Before you could blink, it seemed Brian was all grown-up and attending Clemson University on a baseball scholarship. Before EBS signed him on first-string, he made it all the way to the pros - under contract with the Montreal Expos (now the Washington Nationals). What does seven years in the big leagues earn you? Perseverance, communication skills and leadership qualities. That is, if you're keeping score.
What we know about Brian:
Hitting "Plan B" out of the ballpark.
When shoulder surgery ended the possibility of an MLB career, Brian completed his education at the University of Baltimore, graduating with a Business degree. Next to the plate? A career in insurance - with a goal to someday own his own business. In 2007, he affiliated with the group that is now EBS of Maryland, where it's safe to say that he still delivers a great pitch. But his biggest hit came when he married wife Christian in 2014, and happily settled in Baltimore's Canton neighborhood.
First man on. I worked for Under Armour during off-season as one of just 20 employees - I helped make them what they are today!
Stand up straight. At Military School elementary school, I was voted "Most Admired Cadet" by classmates and as a 1st grader, named the school newspaper The Cadet Copy.
Pujols, schmujols. I once struck out Major League All-Star Albert Pujols in a spring training game.
Game On. I am a fiercely competitive golfer and bocce ball player.

Give him an "O!" Give him an "R"! Give him an "I"! Oh heck, let's just say Scott loved going to Orioles games as a kid. Like, practically since birth. He is also the son of a marathon runner, so he had plenty of opportunities to get his Forrest Gump on as a kid. His sporty days continued while attending Damascus High School, including playing baseball and football. To this day, he still loves fitting a long distance run or backpack adventure with friends in when he can.
What we know about Scott
Scott's pretty good at performing "marathon workdays", too. We can attest to that. "I love my job and how it gives me the opportunity to meet new people and help put businesses in a better place," he affirms. With four children under the age of 7, he stays busy at home, too! "Life is insane," he confirms, "And I love it. I'm also an Elder at Shady Grove Presbyterian Church and love to work with people in the congregation."
Kicking It: I am a "bloody" huge Arsenal Football Club fan.
The Good Life: Scotch, a Cigar, and a fire pit. Makes a night good.
Jump Start: As a freshman, I joined friends who noticed kids jumping off a bridge in a town that a friend just moved to. A few bloody noses later after jumping off the top, the other kids told us (with wide eyes) they only ever jumped off of the support beams, 40 feet below us!
More Team MembersEarly Years: King for a day
Harry grew up in Tuckerton, New Jersey. That's the Situation. Although his fellow Shoreheads sprayed on tans and muscled up at the gym, Harry preferred a gentler lifestyle. At Pinelands Regional High School, he made the National Honor Society, read the Bible, and played baseball all four years, becoming team captain his senior year. Harry was pretty studly, too. His fellow classmates voted him Homecoming King his senior year (his very own cousin was the queen)! How did he follow that act? "I went to Stockton State College in Pomona New Jersey, where I played NCAA Division III baseball, was team captain and MVP my senior year, and graduated with a BA in Accounting." Home run, Harry!
What we know about Harry: Play your cards right, son
Remember that lull after graduation? Here's where Harry excelled as a Jersey man - he worked the casinos as a Blackjack and baccarat dealer! But after two years playing his hand, a call from a childhood friend in Maryland changed his course. "I came down to meet with him, liked his job as a mobile automotive paint technician, moved here, and worked for that same company for four years." He then went out on his own full time before moving on to Moody Insurance, where he learned the P&C biz from scratch. Harry is married to Sharon, whom he met while attending college. "Bless her heart, she has stayed with me all these years. We have two teenaged kids, Samuel and Katie, who seem to have inherited their mom's intelligence!"
Music In His Soul: I serve on my Church worship team as a backup rhythm guitar player. I also like to jam out at home and I sing loud (my poor wife and kids)!
He's Devoted: I became a born again Christian when I moved to Maryland and do my best to read verses to my wife and kids and pray for them every day. We're proud members of Fredericktowne Baptist Church in Walkersville, Md.
Chip Off The 'Ol Block? I really like to play golf but my 17-year-old son can beat me by more than 10 shots - every time. Pretty disheartening!
